Welcome to L.orb Hair Studio LLC ("L.orb Hair Studio", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website (lorbhairstudio.com), our online booking application, waitlist features, or visiting our studio salons, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Studio Appointments, Cancellations & Etiquette

We strive to provide attentive, bespoke hair design for every client. Because dedicated stylist time and chair availability are reserved exclusively for your session, we request at least 24 hours advance notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

2. SMS Notifications & Mobile Messaging Program Terms

When you opt in to receive text messages from L.orb Hair Studio (the "Program"):

• Program Name: L.orb Hair Studio Appointment Reminders & Client Updates.
• Program Description: You will receive transactional SMS notifications regarding your salon visits, including appointment booking confirmations, 24-hour visit reminders, schedule changes, and waitlist availability alerts. Our team may also text you an individual message about your own visit or appointment. We do not send unsolicited marketing blasts.
• Consent / Voluntary Opt-In: Opting in to SMS notifications is voluntary and collected during online scheduling or waitlist registration at lorbhairstudio.com. Opt-in is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and bookings. Typically 1 to 2 transactional messages per scheduled visit.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless plan.
• Opt-Out / Cancellation (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to (947) 218-3492. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message verifying that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe by texting START.
